Getting "Clear to Close" was very stressful. The lawyer's office said they were held up getting information from AnnieMac (or that it was incorrect). AnnieMac said they were held up getting title work from attorney. At the 11th hour, the underwriter had some issues which could have been addressed many weeks earlier. In the end, everything worked out and we closed on time. But as the borrower/buyer, it was far more stressful than I think it should have been.
