First Time Home-Buyer here. Heidi was excellent with me in all the ways that come with buying your first home! She made me feel comfortable with my decisions and was always positive. She was very responsive to all my crazy, random questions and very knowledgeable. I probably asked her 1,000 questions lol. The whole transaction went smooth, and the best part was she was able to get my mortgage payment down $100 per month before signing. I can't thank her or her team enough for helping me get into my family's dream home. I will forever be grateful!

The Originator's office was excellent. Many thanks to James, Logan, and Kristen.
The Underwriting office was very poor. I provided lots of documentation, promptly and comprehensively. However, even though the last documents were provided 1.5 weeks before the closing date, my loan was not cleared until less than 24 hours before the closing. Nor was there any other communications from the underwriting office. This is unacceptable and created much anxiety over if everything was going to be ready in time for the closing.
