Soni and Mitan simply made me feel comfortable and well-informed thoughout the entire process. They kept an open line of communication even during odd hours (sorry about that lol), provided full transparency and were quite frankly, just extremely helpful. They also managed to work in a very nice seller's concession, which was a huge relief as a first-time homebuyer and very uncommon during a sellers market. Embrace's rates were also better than 3 other banks/mortgage lenders I checked with. Needless to say, my wife and I are very happy we chose Soni as our Loan Officer. It was an easy choice.
