Our loan process started March of 2021 for another home we were interested in. However, that did not work out and we went with another builder instead. Fast forward to a year later and we have closed on our dream home with Richard still being our lender. Richard has been extremely helpful, informative, responsive, and friendly throughout our loan process. He has exceeded our expectations on how lenders should be with their clients. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a home loan.
