We were told that we couldn't close on June 19th due to it being a federal holiday on the 17th. We were then told we would have to change all of our policies to start on the 18th instead. Just changing the homeowners insurance would've cost us over 400$. We were freaking out, all to discover that we could in fact close on the 19th.
None of this heart attack inducing information came from Blake Salmon. He was fantastic, and I would recommend him to others.

Angela and her team did everything they could to support and assist us in this very grueling process to secure adequate housing for my disabled son. We are forever grateful. Note to buyers: get your own lawyer to protect your interests. That's the only downside of all the incredible work Angela and her team did not catch. The seller misrepresented certain key inf that wasn't disclosed until after the closing. That's not Angela's fault but it did taint what had been an incredible experience throughout!
