Our experience was great because of Youssef. From the beginning of this process through the end he has made us feel that our needs were at the forefront. Quinton was super vigilant and willing to answer any questions that I had about the entire process. Even if something seemed questionable, or I doubted the overall confidence in the team, Quinton continuously reassured me that everything was going to work out in the end. I would have hoped that everyone else on his team had that same mindset. There were times that I would go weeks without hearing from someone, and having to receive last minute notification on documents that should've been provided to me well in advance.
