The communication from AJ Shore and Gabrielle Zika has been excellent! Not only has the responses been timely, but they made the extra effort to make sure we understood their responses. I also like the fact we can upload documents to the online portal vs. trying to email file attachments. An excellent process from the start to closing.

Better communication from the original person who offered the loan. It gets confusing when multiple people call from different companies without you understanding why or who will call next. It may just be me but after I agreed to the loan terms I felt like I was left cold.
