It was a pleasure to work with Youssef and his team now for a third time. Like the other transactions, they made what could be a daunting process one of the easiest parts of my home buying experience. Youssef is a wealth of knowledge and it’s evident he truly loves what he does. He was always eager to answer my endless list of questions and never made me feel like a burden. My Clients did not make this whole process easy, and threw some curves that had to be dealt with and Ben and I had to work over and above to make this happen. We closed and at one point they were thinking about terminating the whole purchase and between Ben and I we were able to close and ultimately our CLIENTS were happy they had us and a beautiful beach home.
