Communication was a little scattered. With something as big as a home purchase, we would have appreciated every little thing communicated immediately so that we could have felt more in the loop, and didn't have to go fishing for information. Examples: if we were waiting for updates and there were no updates by EOD, we would have appreciated a text saying as such. Or, if certain variables about the loan had to change that impacted our comfortable monthly payment range, we would have liked to have been consulted prior to running the numbers, as a courtesy.

everything went smooth, but I was told that i I wouldn't have a problem getting a tax credit from the city for my VA 100% disability. When , in fact, I did have a proble. I would be cautious next time you think you are certain about something. Just giving feedback.
