Josh is amazing! I recommend him highly to all of my potential clients. He gives 100 percent to every transaction, but the most recent client we shared, he went above and beyond. In this case, we spent over a year to finally get our clients to the closing table. Due to circumstances beyond our control, the first deal on the sale of our clients' home fell through. Josh had already spent months with the client, who needed a lot of reassurance the first time. After the sale fell through, this client was naturally extra worried. Josh fielded every phone call from him with kindness and compassion. I really cannot express enough what a fantastic person he is. I have immense respect and gratitude for the way he handles his business and will wholeheartedly recommend him again!!

Frank is on point pretty much 24/7 from start to finish. I always give more than one lender to my buyer clients so they can choose for themselves. Two times in a row he was the only lender to pick up the phone for my clients and got them preapproved immediately. Both of my Buyer clients are raving about him and recommending him to all of their friends. 12/10 recommend

It was very frutrating, and most time it felt intrusive. I am told it is pretty typical when buying/qualifying for any loan, especially a home loan. Communications were excellent, Sherri was fantastic and empathetic to my awful mood swingsa about this whole process, but that's how it is. Sherri's assurances kept me in the deal.
