I spoke with Michael yesterday and I have to say, having purchased properties in the past and dealing with different brokers- Michael was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He was able to look at different mortgage options from me running different scenarios for 2-3 family with different DTI. Even though I need to wait a few months on my part saving a little more for down payment, he was very attentive. I was most impressed from his quick response. He called me back 3 times in a 2 hour time frame. From my experience that’s un heard of.I always need to be on top of people calling them calling countless times. I will definitely be calling back in a few months
