Alex was there for us over the past 10 months while we went offer to offer on houses. Once we found the one that got accepted, he was there for us through the entire process. He answered any questions, late into the night and on off days. Anything we didn’t understand, he explained in ways we would. During the underwriting process both my wife and I got very frustrated at times, and Alex literally was able to calm us down and get us through whatever obstacle was in front of us at that moment. We both 100% would recommend Alex to anyone we know.

Being prepared for each step of the loan process. The team would always reach out and let me know exactly what was going on with my loan and also what I could expect to happen during the process. Joseph kept track of all my concerns from our first conversation and during different steps of the loan process he would follow up with me on anything he thought would bring me unease.
