Diane Hooper was excellent as usual. We appreciated her recommendation for Aaron, but honestly didn't interact with Aaron a lot. The overall experience with Annie Mac remains a good one, though the underwriters were WRONG in how they interpreted our financials to the point where we had to go to significant lengths to counter that misinterpretation. Not a lot of faith in that angle of the process. We would use Annie mac again because of the people, less so because of the process.
