Jason Trotte during the entire process of securing our mortgage was upfront and honest with us. He gave us the information we needed in a quick and responsive manner. He was available whenever we needed to reach out to him day night or weekends. Jason was also completely transparent and told us the information good or bad. Everything was great. The only thing that I wish happened was effective communication with the client to make sure items sent for signatures that are also time sensitive are brought to the attention of the buyer so we don’t have too many last minute changes. I.e the closing date.
