Kyle walked us through a seamless 1st time home buying experience in the insane 2021 market. He picks up the phone at all hours and on weekends if you need him, and always has the answers. He is knowledgeable and extremely professional, timely, and made sure our loan made sense for us. As a bartender, these processes can be difficult, and from the very beginning he laid out exactly how we could jump the necessary hurdles to make it through underwriting with confidence.
