Amir, my family and i cant thank you enough for getting us the house of our dreams. We were trying to get a house for a few months. The realtor and bank we were using prior was a nightmare. They had us running back and forth leading us to believe we were going to get the house. The other realtor and bank barely kepts us informed on the status of the loan application we would have to constantly call, email, and text to try and get an answer. All they would tell us is your fine everything is going well. They had also told the seller everything is good to go. So the day of closing comes and that same day they tell us the deal wont go through. The level of disappointment we had was unbelievable. At that point i gave up on my dream home. A few months later my wife calls me asking me to give it another shot at getting a house. I was skeptical on trying again. i didnt want my family and I to get our hopes up just to be let down the way we did. I receive a call from Amir Elshafiy and explained to him what happened with the previous bank. He couldn't believe how far they let us get just to tell us the deal wont happen. Amir reviewed our paperwork and still was in shock it didnt work. We needed to fix a few things but nothing extreme. Amir asked me to trust and consider working with him. At this point i was still skeptical. But his confidence and knowledge of the business was what got me to agree to work with him. he got incontact with the seller from the original house we wanted spoke with him after alittle back and forth the seller agreed to give us another shot. The process had to start all over again and Amir kept us updated every step of the way. He definitely knows communication is key and all i had to do is send any and all information he needed when he asked. He would reaffirm to trust him and things will go as planned. It wasnt easy but Amir some how knew from the beginning he was going to make it happen for us and that is exactly what he did. When i got the phone call that not only did the deal go through we are also getting the house we originally wanted i was ecstatic!!!!! Amir had a few jokes but thats besides the point

This is the second time I've answered this survey. As I said previously, there seem to be a lot of different people with a lot of different responsibilities that contacted me without really identifying themselves. So I had to go back and find out who they were and if they were related to my mortgage process. I strongly suggest that you give out a list of names early on in the process to show who would be contacting you with their names and contact information. Especially since I got three or four notices throughout the process to be careful about mortgage fraud. And then I get emails from people I don't know who they are and their relationship with my mortgage is not indicated anywhere and they're asking for information. I think the process needs to be a little bit more open and less confusing.

Brian and his team (shout out to Mary Morgan) are exceptional. They are available at all hours to answer questions and handle any situations that arise. They work extremely fast, and their attention to detail is unmatched. As an agent, I know that if Brian & Team are working on a loan, it is going to close. I recommend that all of my clients use them, as they are the best in Kentucky by far.
