Bryan Williams handled most of the details regarding the design of my mortgage. Through all my interactions with PrimeLending, Bryan was calm, patient, caring, professional, and consistent. He communicated clearly and was knowledgeable and efficient. When I found the property I wanted to purchase, I called on a Saturday to get approval for the specific property and Bryan was not available. The person I spoke with had all my documents and details readily available, and in less than 30 minutes gave me the approval information I needed so I could view the property and bid asap. The communication among all PrimeLending personnel and the centralized availability of documents made all the difference, for me to purchase the property I wanted.
This was the second time I worked with Bryan to get a mortgage. The first time I ended up not listing my house and not purchasing. My false start several years ago did not matter to Bryan. We worked successfully this time, and I am grateful.
