Initially when dealing with Katie at the start of the process, communication was excellent. Later on when others were added to the mix, we would receive multiple emails from multiple individuals, some of which telling us to opposite things. We have been told that everything was all set to go in regards to the appraisal, which we found out was not accurate. We understand some things can get lost in translation, but just being told by one person, we needed to upload documents for the approval process, and another person telling us we were all set made it extremely confusing and difficult.

Shane & Stacey were very helpful to get my dream home. Shane working with me from date one and walk me through the processes and explain step by step what I need and submit during the loan process. Overall I am very happy with your company and I did refer my friend to work with him he already gets my referral. Close to the underwriting process Stacey inform me of everything close to the closing date and finalized all paperwork and walk me through the finalized paperwork and review anything missing or concerned. This was my first time applying for a mortgage. Team Katie did such a great job at explaining every step to me. I appreciated your team taking the time to explain everything to me and respecting that this was my first time through the entire process. I had a quick turn around for my closing, 30 days, and Team Katie was extremely prompt and great at communicating with my entire team - my lawyer, my realtor, and all of my questions.
