The whole team was knowledgeable and so helpful!
As a first time homebuyer they were able to help me take advantage of grant money to help with the purchase of my home.
They kept me in the loop and it was easy to get in contact with someone if I had any questions or concerns. Even if I texted at odd hours.. sorry Shane!

Amazing team from start to finish. When I bought my last house I was always chasing the lender to get answers and getting requests at the last second for documents. With Katie and her team I did not have to worry about a thing. Buying, selling, and moving is stress full enough and I appreciate that they alleviated some of it. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Katie and her team, we absolutely fantastic to work with. Every step of the process from the moment I hit submit on the initial application to the time I closed was seamless, stress-free, and never once was I left wondering or had questions unanswered. I think the longest I waited for a reply back to an email was 30 minutes and that was an abnormality. Most replies were within minutes.
