The process for this mortgage refinance was single handedly THE BEST experience I've ever had with a mortgage refi or purchase. Matt was very knowledgeable and provided advice to me and my wife every step of the way. He was punctual and responsive in returning emails and phone calls, The loan closed within 3 weeks of providing a signed application. Matt did the leg work on all aspects of the application and left no stone unturned. The best quality that Matt has was the ability to set expectations for us which is key to making a wonderful impression on a consumer. I never felt out of the loop or lost. The bottom line is Matt went above and beyond to make this a great experience.
