I had multiple people requesting the same documents over and over again. I signed documents and then would turn around and sign the same document the next day from a different loan processor. I also had people telling me documents weren’t signed when I knew I had signed. Just very frustrating.

Dianne was great however the underwriter did not do her dodilagence in preparing the Loan, things we caught at the very end of the process that almost changed my closing date, they should have picked up on this earlier in the process.
