We relied heavily on Tom to educate and patiently guide us through the loan process, which he did from our first conversation to shaking my hand at the closing table. Tom was accessible, answered all of our questions, and demonstrated an expertise at his craft. We felt no pressure working with Tom. Instead, we felt we had a valuable resource at our fingers to navigate a process that, in my opinion, lacks up front transparency. He's a student of the industry, educator of products and processes, and he gets the loan closed. I could probably add in guidance counselor, as he helped me tip toe the edge of the cliff a few times. So lean on Tom, I did. He was never short or upset at my seemingly never ending questions and ideas. I felt comfortable and confident in every decision I made, and I tribute that sense of ease to Tom. This is the second loan Tom has closed for my family, and we highly recommend his services.
