What made my experience so great was
Mr. Hutton and his professionalism. He was patient, kind, explained everything to me and always emailed or texted back promptly.
I hadn't met him in person , but he was able to gain my trust. I felt safe sending my personal documents to him and his team. Mr. Hutton is amazing and cares about his clients. He made me feel as though he had my best interest in mind. During the entire process of purchasing property, he informed us of what we could afford and couldn't. This was a blessing, because he wasn't about working for a commission. Eric Hutton actually cares about what he does and his clients.
