When Matthew reached out to me, I was already in the beginning stages of work with another organization. Matthew did not miss a beat. He made me feel so confident and talked me through every step of the way. It all happened so quickly and seemlessly. I was drawn into the process and felt like I was worthy of the opportunity that was being given to me. In the beginning I thought that I was going to be rejected but Matthew kept in touch with me walking me through every step of the way. When ever I had a question, he was responsive quiickly.
