Hannah discovered the title company's fees were significantly higher than the industry standard and she negotiated lower terms. The title fee savings, along with the appraisal credit, were instrumental in closing the deal.

As a first time home buyer, Jessica made the experience flawless by taking us each step of the way and getting all the documents she needed in order as soon as possible to expedite loan/process. During normal work hours, sometimes it would be harder for us to connect but Jessica was able to stay informative outside of those hours and answering any questions I had during any step of the process. Sometimes I wonder if Jessica is secretly an owl lol. Just kidding! Other than that, I couldn't say the service was Great…but it was Excellent! Thank you Jessica :)
