Jim was friendly, responsive, and extremely knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to give us all the scenarios so that we knew exactly what we could expect for a rate, payment, etc - allowing us to decide how much we wanted to put down or buy our rate down to get exactly what we wanted. In addition, his team and everyone at Annie Mac was friendly and helpful at all times. The mortgage process can be challenging but Jim made it as easy as possible!
