Kent was amazing! What made my experience great is that every step of the way of the process Kent was more than a lender he was a guy that cared about making a stressful process un stressful and he had patience when most people wouldn’t! He showed he cared about his job and that speaks volumes!

Communication was key! Many people were involved in the process and I was always given a name BEFORE that person contacted me. I was given clear instructions about what information and documents were needed. Everyone made sure I understood what was going on and answered all my questions. I was amazed at how fast and easy it all was! I really liked that you all communicated information between yourselves. I didn't have to give the same information to multiple people. You also connected me to people outside your organization that were also very competent and helpful. Outstanding service!! Thank you!!
