Communication, Connor and Veronica were in touch everyday if only to say hi and let me know they were there. In today's world that is what separates the wannabes from the really good ones.

Brad helped me with two offers and both times he was on top of it. Fast, helpful, explained options and the “why” without being condescending to someone who is not very familiar with the process. He didn’t skip a beat with acting on my loan approval and next steps don’t was very clear and easy for me to follow. I imagine this process can be overwhelming for many but the communication by phone and email from the team made it as easy as I imagine it could be. Their sense of urgency supporting me helped motivate me to keep the process moving too.
