Best loan officer in New England !! My sister was his client a few years ago and that’s how I found Chance . He is patience , very professional and caring. I can’t be happier with everything he did for me . I was a first time buyer and had no idea of how to buy a house . But he is always made me feel comfortable and i felt I was in good hands from the beginning until the closing date . Jeanine worked very hard for us. She was responsive to all our calls and questions. However, this was the most labor intensive closing I’ve ever had. The closing dates changed at least 3 or 4 times and a lot of paperwork, I don’t think Jeanine was at fault but the question was about my experience- not Jeanine.
