Timeliness, communication, information, and step by step walkthroughs throughout the entire process made everything seamless and streamline. We have tried to purchase homes in the past, but the lack of given information and guidance ended up throwing us off on the process time and time again, but here, all of the issues that we had faced before no longer seemed to be near as big of a deal as they had previously been. We are so grateful for the service we received from Lonn Vreeland. As new homeowners, we were a bit nervous about the process. Lonn explained everything thoroughly at each step of the way! Besides helping us to feel comfortable, he was professional and knowledgeable. We purchased a mother daughter house, so that my elderly parents can move in. Lonn worked through all the numbers with us right at the beginning, factoring in extended family finances and the future sale of my parents house. His explanation was clear and gave us confidence in knowing how it was all going to work. He also worked amicably with our realtor and attorney, and, last but certainly not least, we closed on our house in 24 days!! All the deadlines were met and more so, we closed a day earlier than expected. We certainly recommend Lonn and the team at Annie Mac to anyone looking to buy a house!
