Patrick and his team made me feel comfortable with the whole process. There was never any "stupid" questions as a first time home buyer and they were available to help me pretty much any time I needed it. The online process was also very easy to use and convenient considering my profession and how busy I generally am. I felt like I was in good hands from start to finish and they were very transparent and honest with me from the beginning to the very end.
