Theoni was who we dealt with and she was very good at communicating and getting things done. The appraisal was not reviewed in a timely manner and there were conditions that were not communicated to appraiser in a timely manner. None of these issues were on Theoni but they led to the closing being rushed and more difficult than was necessary.
