Tyler is what made it GREAT! He was available to answer any general questions as well as financial options. He thoroughly explained the different loan products and ran through number differences with me. He was extremely pleasant regardless of my ponderings. He stated that we could call at "any time", and we did. He stuck to his word on that and welcomed contact.
