Stephen is one of the best communicators in the business. He kept me informed every step of the way. He went overboard in helping our client become qualified which was a year long journery. In 18 years in the business, this is one of the best transactions ever. Even our clients' attorney was impressed with Stephen's performance. At the time all this was occuring he had a family situation but he continued to work hard for us.

Chuck and his team are always responsive and quick to take action. Since my client was a 1st time home buyer, he was able to get her a NJ 1st time home buyer's grant, and guided her on every step of the mortgage process. His team and attention to detail is amazing.
