I recently purchased my home, and worked with Vikram for my mortgage. I shouldn't hesitate to admit that I just wished I could have him in my past home buying processes as well - I truly realized the difference I I experienced this time with Vikram with my past mortgage experiences with other loan officers/ lenders. You will feel like you're working with your own family member, yet he's utterly professional who really makes sure you get the best of all. Mortgage process is complicated, but working with Vik made my whole procedure smooth enough. Holly and her team walked me through each step of the way. Helping me with what needed to be done. She answered my calls and text at all hours of the days and on the weekends. She was knew what information to grab for the underwriters and helped me so much with finding the right insurance and helping with my debt to income ratio.
