There seemed to be a lot of miscommunication amongst the team. This being the first time buying a home nothing was really explained to us and sometimes when things were explained to us it really was not accurate. We communicated with a lot of different people from Annie Mac and everyone seemed to be on different pages.

My loan officer was extremely knowledgeable of the financial climate of the market and was able to guide me through the numbers in a way that best benefits me. She was very smart with numbers and explaining complex concepts to me which made it so much easier to navigate my options.
