I would have liked more communication throughout and updates as the Closing date got closer. I had to reach out for updates.
There were some issues that were caused by miscommunication. They were ultimately resolved but caused unnecessary stress.

Dan is one of the best loan officers I have worked with and I have been in this real estate industry for many years I knew it when we had our first conversation he’s amazing super structured and organized he is definitely knowledgeable and takes really good care of his clients. I’m very happy with his services overall I would recommend anyone that’s doing any type of loan especially a jumbo loan like myself to use him he will help you out with anything and get you to the closing table he’s always there de you to assist you and that’s very important to have someone like Dan to be so helpful and very professional with his work ethics. Steve and Jennifer worked very hard to ensure that the closing went as hoped for-- we closed on the date set for closing in the purchase agreement and given the myriad of clarifications and substantiation required by the underwriter they made this transaction as seamlessly as possible.
