Dionne was always ever just a phone call, text or email away. She was available nights and weekends for updates and even responded while on vacation. Ronnie is absolutely amazing!! She follows up with the client when she says she will. She kept the client informed and he was amazed at how well she explained things to him as the previous lender didn't do that. The client needed to close quickly as his family was homeless due to a home sell and she made it happen. In 3 years Ronnie has been the best lender I have worked with as a Realtor. I'll continue to send my clients to her!
