Tom was great at our first consult. Explained everything, and was able to work efficiently and fast to get us a pre-approval that we needed to have within a 24 hour time frame. Amanda, was helpful in assisting Tom throughout the process, it seems as though that Tom is a busy person. There was a couple times I felt unheard & was repeating myself but I think once I addressed that with them it was resolved and moving forward was easier. Tom showed up at my settlement date and was a great addition. He was able to explain each paper as we signed and made it a bit more comforting and less overwhelming. Overall, I was satisfied but there were a few hiccups as mentioned.
