I was very comfortable along the whole process that my loan was going to go through due to Cola's communication and advise. Cola provided exceptional customer service with the most pleasant attitude! My husband and I had numerous questions about our mortgage process and Cola answered each one, even during odd hours and the weekend. We had a difficult time with our builder and extreme delays with the completion of our home. Cola was there every step of the way, encouraging us and making sure we had everything we needed to close successfully. I would recommend Cola to anyone who is looking for a mortgage. Cola's willingness to explain details and provide information on procedures and rates to ensure we had all the information prior to making decisions was beyond helpful in ensuring we were treated fairly from the start of the process all the way through to the signing of the contract.
