Nathan was excellent in just about every facet of the process. From the moment we met (via phone) to the handshake after we closed on the property. He was careful in explaining the process and even why we needed parts of the process. He happily answered any and every question we had and helped us talk through any possible scenario we could dream up. He can be pretty busy at times, but that seems to be the nature of the market. Regardless of how busy he gets, he always gets back to you and makes time to answer all questions. I'd happily recommend him to anyone.

Eric is an asset to this organization as his customer service skills are second to none.
As first time homebuyers, he broke everything down to make it much more understandable and returned our (multiple) calls in a timely fashion.
Buying a home is an extremely stressful process, but with Eric, he made the mortgage aspect seamless and easy from pre approval to closing.
Closing can be a bit intimidating as the costs can include many things. Eric went through every line item and even helped lower the closing costs.
As long as he does this as a career, I will only use Eric moving forward.
