Greg provided us with the refinance of our mortgage recently and very literally this was the simplest process I've ever experienced, and I work in the banking industry. From a concise checklist of items needed for initial underwriting, thus eliminating multiple requests for follow up information, to the coordinating of closing and clearance of last minute obstacles without stress, Greg and his team provided customer service I've never experienced before in a lending situation.
