Michael makes sure that he communicates with me. Because of my busy schedule, I do not have time to follow up. But, no Realtor should have to follow up with the lender to find out the status of the loan. They should be emailing/calling, or texting you with updates. Having constant communication from Michael allows me to be more productive. His team also seems to be on top of the game.
