What I was looking for in a lender partner experience, as an agent, was not what I experienced. At the end of this transaction, I felt exhausted, defeated, and unable to be a true agent for my client. The client that I referred to this team.
The MLO's unwillingness to provide clear transparent information with regard to fees impeded my ability to add value to the conversations between me and my client. I was told that the math was "complicated" I was also told that this was my "first deal" which was incorrect.
This experience did however encourage me to take and pass the NMLS exam and started me on the journey of originating loans so that I can provide a quality, teamwork based experience to other agents regardless of what I THINK they experience level or skillset is. So for that, I'm grateful.

We have used Chuck and his team a few times now. We used them for an initial purchase and to refinance. Chuck's knowledge of the whole mortgage industry and processes as well as his gift for making everything easy to understand and follow make him the only person we'd ever deal with. He also will respond to questions or concerns immediately. Holidays or weekend's included. Talking to and working with Chuck quickly makes it feel as if we were working with a Friend. Everyone involved in the process on his team are also excellent. They even have an app for submitting documents. Nobody enjoys that part, but with the app it literally takes seconds to send in what they need. There is no way under any circumstance that we would ever use anyone else. The buck stops here when it comes to looking for the best loan officer in the world. Chuck is the most reliable, knowledgeable, and trustworthy guy we could ever ask for. He was always accessible day, night, and weekend for the many questions we had. We had a very usual process for sale of our home leading up to our purchase. Chuck was there to check in on us to not only reassure us everything would work out, but also check in with us on a personal level to make sure mentally we were doing okay.
