Chris Sawyer makes EVERY deal a GREAT experience. An example of this would be him meeting our client in person to pick up & deliver paperwork. He is patient with clients, answers all their questions and concerns, is very knowledgeable and knows the process inside and out. I personally like Chris' versatility... I can refer him to 1st time homebuyers, jumbo loan buyers, veterans, buyers who are savvy that may have tougher inquiries, etc. I don't find all those qualities in ONE person very often!
