When I started this process I was completely clueless. My friend referred Chuck to me. Chuck is nothing but amazing. He explained everything clearly and patiently-- I definitely asked the same questions multiple times but he was always so patient and understanding. Chuck also never left me feeling uneasy; he responds to emails and phone calls quickly and at all hours of the day. I am happy to be "stuck" with Chuck now. I wouldn't choose anyone else.
