As a Realtor with over 20 years experience, I can definitely say that John Warren is one of the best! In order to get our offer accepted we had to agree to shorten our loan contingency. John was able to perform on all of our agreed upon dates with the seller which is no easy feat with three buyer's on board, ton's of paperwork and the property was a condo(even more documents!)
John kept in constant communication with all parties including the listing agent. We always knew where we stood.
