I understand there were weird circumstances but there should have been better communication. I wasn’t getting updates, just closing getting pushed back about 12 times. If I was dealing with an upset and worried customer if mine I would have contacted them twice a day. Once in the morning to let you know where we are and what we are waiting for and at the end of the day to let them know what happened and any delays. This was the most stressful thing and I felt I had to beg for updates
