I loved the portal to upload the documents but had to take my own initiative in making sure I knew what to do.
I felt very lost in the process---for example, it was a surprise to me that our insurance was being paid through our Escrow.
Additionally, we had several basic, common questions that we felt could have been addressed at the start of the process. For example, at what point in the process do we place our down payment? Can we wire money instead of certified checks? How do we pay our first mortgage payment online? etc...
