For seasoned home buyers like us, it was annoying to receive multiple emails about the "home buying process". Additionally, although we have never met Tyler or Travis in person, they both treated us with an assumed familiarity, as if we were old friends, which we are not, and constantly began conversations with "Hey Guys", which is unprofessional. We appreciate the relationship that our realtor has with the Cartmels which is why we used Annie Mac for this home purchase and a previous home purchase. I asked for advice about lenders from other homeowners and the biggest complaint was the lack of responsiveness. The mortgage krewe was available whenever we needed them and I could count on Cameron for a weekly progress note every Tuesday without fail. It made a such huge difference keeping us on task.
